Shipping and payment terms for Germany

Shipping

We ship throughout Germany via parcel service or on pallets by truck.

Orders placed before noon will be prepared for shipping the same day. Delivery by parcel service usually takes place within 24 hours.

Shipping costs

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.00* for each order. For orders with a net goods value of less than €100.00*, we charge an additional €5.00* minimum quantity surcharge.

Terms of payment

Our general payment terms are 30 days net. Payment in advance, SEPA basic direct debit mandate (2% discount), or invoice (30 days net) are possible.

Shipping and payment terms for EU/Worldwide

Shipping

For deliveries outside Germany, we ship EXW Stade.

Orders placed before noon are usually packed and prepared for pickup on the same day.

For deliveries outside Germany, the customer is responsible for all export formalities, including obtaining export permits and documents where necessary.

Shipping costs

For orders with a net goods value of less than €500.00*, we charge an additional €10.00* minimum quantity surcharge.

Terms of payment

Our payment terms for deliveries outside Germany are 14 days net. Payment is made in advance in euros. The goods will be packed and prepared for pickup immediately after receipt of payment. Other payment methods are possible by arrangement (subject to creditworthiness).
